Vinay Kumar is an impact professional with extensive experience in program management, stakeholder engagement, and policy implementation. At EPIC India, he serves as Program Manager for the Transport Research and Programmatic Unit (RPU). In his role, he works closely with government stakeholders, overseeing projects aimed at reducing vehicular emissions, improving compliance, influencing driving behaviours and promoting sustainable transport adoption.

Vinay brings over seven years of diverse experience in sustainability working across sectors and geographies. Prior to joining EPIC India, Vinay was awarded the prestigious German Chancellor Fellowship by Alexander von Humboldt Foundation. During his fellowship in Frankfurt, Germany, he led an independent project examining ESG-based venture investment indicators. He also held significant roles at The Global Education & Leadership Foundation, working closely with the Executive Chairman and leading Entrepreneurship Initiatives, including Entrepreneurship World Cup and Shuruaat Bus. Additionally, Vinay supported key projects at the Transport Department, Government of NCT of Delhi, focusing on public transport optimization, road safety, and technological interventions for effective governance.

Vinay holds a Bachelors in Commerce (with Honours) from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi. He is passionate about driving innovative solutions and practices for a sustainable future.
