Shravan Engineer is a Project Manager at EPIC India, where he works at the intersection of transport, policy, and clean mobility. He supports the design and implementation of electric mobility and clean transport initiatives, working closely with government partners to strengthen policy and on-ground delivery.

Shravan brings over five years of rich experience across government, mobility, and policy domains. He began his career as a Transport Fellow with the Government of NCT of Delhi, where he helped operationalize the Delhi EV Policy 2020, oversaw large-scale charger deployment, launched key incentive programmes, and drafted the Delhi Motor Vehicle Aggregator & Delivery Service Provider Scheme 2023. He later worked with Uber’s Public Policy team for North India and with Coca-Cola’s International Refreshments India Pvt. Ltd., supporting compliance for one of the company’s largest manufacturing facilities.

He holds a Master’s in Urban Management from CEPT University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from St Xaviers College.
