Neha Premchandani is the Operations Manager at the Energy Policy Institute at the University of Chicago (EPIC India), where she leads the systems and people processes that keep the organisation running smoothly. Her expertise spans HR operations, Office administration, and Process management — the behind-the-scenes work that turns ambitious programmes into well-run realities.
With a career built across leading international organisations — including Room to Read, Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, Climate Policy Initiative, the British High Commission (FCO+DFID), and Christian Aid — Neha has developed a deep, cross-cultural understanding of how global teams function best. She’s managed HR processes, administrative systems, and operational workflows across diverse geographies, always with an eye for structure, efficiency, and the human side of getting things done.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Humanities from the University of Delhi and a certification in Operational Leadership from the Academy for International Cooperation (AIZ), completed through the BasiQ Blended Learning Programme in Bangkok. This foundation continues to shape her practical, people-centred approach to operations and team management.
