Jayadev Galla is a Member of Parliament from TDP in the 17th Lok Sabha representing Guntur (Lok Sabha constituency), Andhra Pradesh. An industrialist and agriculturalist by profession with a background in Political Science and Economics, his interests lie in education, environment and economic upliftment, and energy. He is the Co-Founder and Chairman of Amara Raja Group. He has also been a member of Various Parliament Standing Committees and Consultative Committees. He is currently a Member of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Communications and Information Technology and the Consultative Committee on Housing and Urban Affairs.
