Radhika Pande is a Research Associate working on the design and implementation of the Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS) in India. She brings prior experience in urban policy research, environmental governance, and quantitative as well as qualitative analysis, with a particular focus on urban datasets and government stakeholder management. Her research interests lie at the intersection of climate, sustainability, and urban policy. Radhika graduated in 2024 with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy from FLAME University, Pune, where she also cultivated expertise in GIS and environmental policy analysis. She has previously worked with organizations such as the Indian Institute for Human Settlements (IIHS) and Praja Foundation, contributing to projects on urban governance and city planning.
