Rucha is EPIC India’s Senior Research Associate. She has over three years of  experience in the field of environmental engineering. Her expertise spans across a range of areas, including nanomaterials and agriculture, Phytomicrobiome research, and water and wastewater treatment policy. Notably, she has contributed her talents to institutions such as the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore, and the Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI), Hyderabad. She is passionate about working at the intersection of public policy, market instruments, and finance in the context of climate change action and adaptation.

Rucha holds a graduate degree in Civil Engineering followed by a Master’s degree in Environmental Science and Sustainability from Carnegie Mellon University (CMU), USA.
